1. Confirmation and acceptance of the cooperation agreement
                  The ownership and operation rights of the cooperative projects provided by Apus++() belong to Apus++. By completing the registration process and clicking "Agree to the following terms of service, submit registration information", you sign this cooperation agreement with Apus++ website (hereinafter referred to as "this cooperation agreement") and accept all relevant terms and conditions, and you become Apus++ members of ("Alliance Members").
                  2. Description of cooperation content and fees
                  After successful registration of Apus++ members, you can log in to the system to obtain relevant product codes. After the alliance member embeds the product code obtained from the system in its website page, visitors to the website can obtain the products and/or related services provided by Apus++.
                  Apus++ counts product traffic with alliance member feature codes according to different billing methods of various products, and pays Apus++ members the corresponding cooperation fee according to this traffic. Please log in and read the relevant instructions carefully for the revenue models and share ratios of various products. The payment of cooperation fees is subject to the standards published on the Apus++() website, unless there is a separate agreement between Apus++ and the alliance members and a separate written agreement has been reached on this. Apus++ reserves the right to change the revenue model, share ratio and settlement strategy of the product at any time according to the alliance strategy, and you hereby agree to abide by it at all times.

About violations and cheating
                  Members who add Apus++ must consciously abide by this cooperation agreement. If any violation or cheating is found, Apus++ will stop paying and cancel its membership of the alliance, and reserve the right to further pursue legal responsibilities.

The alliance code can and can only be placed under the domain name submitted by the alliance members, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal placement. If you want to place the affiliate code under multiple websites or domain names, you must register all the domain names that place the Apus++ code in the "Member Management Center" after successful registration.

Violations or cheating include, but are not limited to:

                  After the alliance members have successfully registered and passed the review, they need to copy the code obtained from the alliance to the corresponding page, and no code splitting in any form is allowed;

                  3) Other invalid click forms;

3. Registration Rules for Alliance Members
                  1. Management of user names of alliance members:
                  A. The registration and use of user names of alliance members must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and respect network ethics;
                  B. The user names of members of the alliance shall not contain any threatening, threatening, abusive, vulgar, profane, pornographic, obscene, illegal, offensive, harmful, harassing, defamatory, abusive or other information that violates the legitimate rights and interests of others;
                  C. Alliance members shall not embezzle or impersonate others' usernames in any way;

                  Accounts, passwords and security of alliance members: Once you have successfully registered and been approved by Apus++, you will become a legal member of Apus++ and will get a password and user name. Alliance members will be fully responsible for the security of usernames and passwords, and alliance members are fully responsible for all actions on Apus++ under their usernames. Alliance members must take good care of their user names and passwords to prevent theft or leakage; if the account and password are stolen or leaked due to poor custody, alliance members shall bear the corresponding consequences. If alliance members find any illegal use of alliance member accounts or security loopholes, they can immediately notify Apus++ for assistance.
                  3.
                  Provide detailed and accurate personal information, and continuously update registration information to meet the requirements of timely, detailed and accurate. The real alliance member information will be used as the basis for Apus++ to provide services and the premise for alliance members to obtain legal protection. If the information provided by an alliance member contains incorrect information, Apus++ reserves the right to stop paying the alliance member, and Apus++ is not responsible for any loss caused by false information.

4. Privacy Policy
                  Whenever an alliance member provides personal information to Apus++, Apus++ will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information of the alliance member, and Apus++ will also take reasonable security measures to protect the stored personal information. Due to the rapid development of online technology, Apus++ will update and announce the information confidentiality system of Apus++ at any time. Except for the following three situations, Apus++ will not disclose, edit or disclose the information of alliance members and other information stored in the Confidentiality in Apus++:
                  1) According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;
                  2) Requirements of relevant authorities;

                 V. Suspension and Termination of Cooperation
                  Apus++ reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation according to the cooperation effect of alliance members.
                  For any alliance member confirmed by Apus++ to have violated the cooperation agreement, Apus++ has the right to decide whether to suspend or terminate the cooperation. Repeated offenders will be immediately given the suspension or termination of cooperation.
                  Apus++ reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate this cooperation agreement. However, if Apus++ unilaterally decides to terminate, it shall notify one month in advance. The form of notification shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of this cooperation agreement.

6. Risk sharing
                  Alliance members will bear certain risks when using this website: Apus++ will not be responsible for the losses caused to the alliance members due to the fault of the alliance members, technical or other uncontrollable reasons resulting in errors in the website page information or other aspects.

7. Notice
                  All notices to affiliates will be delivered via announcements on the website page or by email. Modifications to the terms of the agreement, service changes, or other important notifications of important events will be made in this form.

8. Modification of terms of agreement and tariffs
                  Apus++ has the right to amend the content of the terms of this cooperation agreement and the rates of cooperation fees when necessary, and the modification is based on compliance with national laws and regulations and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of alliance members. Once the terms of the Apus++ cooperation agreement are changed, Apus++ will publish the revised content on the website. Once the revised cooperation agreement is published on the website, it will effectively replace the original cooperation agreement. You can visit and check the latest version of the cooperation agreement at any time. If the alliance member does not agree with the content of the cooperation agreement, they can withdraw from Apus++; if Apus++ does not receive a written notice from the alliance member stating that it has withdrawn from Apus++, it is deemed that the alliance member has chosen to continue to enjoy the Apus++ service and has accepted the terms of the agreement. changes and are bound by the terms of the agreement after the changes.

9. Applicable Law
                  The terms of this cooperation agreement shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the members of the alliance and Apus++ agree to be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. When the terms of this cooperation agreement conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be completely reinterpreted or revised in accordance with the law, while other terms will still have legal effect on Apus++ and members of the alliance.

X. Dispute Resolution
                  All disputes related to this cooperation agreement shall be settled amicably by both parties through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration result is final and binding on both parties.

11. Apus++ welcomes members of the alliance to comment or question the terms of service of the website.
